Jeremy Williams is the Lead Inspector. He previously owned a successful electrical sub-contracting business and took a ten-year hiatus to be a stay-at-home-dad to his four children. During that time, he coordinated many family moves and understands the stresses that can come with buying and selling properties. He also developed an expertise in juggling busy schedules of high-performing clients.

 

With his background in commercial and residential construction, he knows his way around a jobsite, new or old. Jeremy became certified in the home inspection industry through the schooling at American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). He is fully trained, licensed, and insured.
